Roofing is Signature Home Services’ signature product. We carry quality shingles and roofing accessories to suit your budget, color, or style. We are a GAF Certified Contractor which only represents 6% of roofers nationwide, and allows us to offer incredible warranties that other companies cannot offer.
Signature Home Services believes in giving our customers only the best of the best. That is why we only carry the best windows from Pella and Kolbe. Whether you select wood, vinyl, or fiberglass, your windows will be energy efficient and add beauty and value to your home. And, as with all of our products, we guarantee materials AND labor.
Siding is also a cornerstone of our business. We believe that all our customers in the Twin Cities and the surrounding communities should have access to affordable, but durable siding. We offer a popular selection of low-maintenance siding and accessories including gutters, downspouts, trim, fascia, and design elements to give your home a finished look and maximum protection.
While Signature Home Services does install gutters, that is not the only thing we do. We also provide gutter protection. Our gutter protection helps keep leaves and other debris out of your gutters and allows water to flow smoothly away from your home.
Everyone knows how cold Minnesota winters are, so why don’t we insulate our homes well enough? Signature Home Services is proud to carry e Shield insulation. eShield helps keep your home warm while keeping your heating bill low. It is thinner than your typical fiberglass insulation but packs a much bigger punch.

All of our staff and contractors are specially trained. That means that our contractors will only install roofs if they are trained to do roofs, we will never have a contractor who is trained in window replacement install a roof.
