Signature Home Services has been providing exceptional exterior remodeling services for 20 years! This means that we have had our share of frequently asked questions. This page will address some of those questions, but feel free to reach out to us for anything else you need to know.
A: Typically yes, generally speaking, insurance companies allow you to file a claim 1 year from the dates of loss.

A: We are currently celebrating our 20th year in business.
A: All of our trained and background-checked contractors are experts and specific to their trade. This means that your roof will only be installed by our roofing specialists. We will never tell one of our window specialists to install windows and then install a roof.
A: We serve the Twin Cities and the surrounding metro area.

A: We install a variety of brands from Owens Corning, GAF, and many more. However, we specialize in GAF shingles and are actually GAF certified which represents only 6% of roofers nationwide.
Fun fact: GAF shingles are manufactured in Minneapolis which allows us to buy directly from the factory while keeping money and more importantly jobs in Minnesota.
A: Yes, we do offer interior remodeling services. Our skilled team can help you with everything from kitchen and bathroom renovations to custom interior remodels. If you’re looking to transform your living space, we can make it happen.
A: Yes. We are located in Apple Valley and we are owned by Minnesota native, Shane Paulson. He and his family still live in the area Signature Home Services serves.
