About Us

Serving The Twin Cities Since 2003

Home Improvement & Renovation Professionals

Founded in 2003, Signature Home Services is a business based on honesty and integrity. After seeing too many nice people being taken advantage of by storm chasers and inferior work on his friend’s and neighbor’s homes Shane Paulson, owner, decided it was time to make a change in his hometown of Rosemount.

Our team can look our clients in the eye and tell them that they are getting the best products and services in the industry. But how are we allowed to say that? We mastered the home’s exterior including the assessment and repairs of storm damage, and improvements including replacement windows, sidings, roofing, doors, gutters, and insulation. Our staff and installers are specialists and go through detailed training and pass a background check before they are allowed in your home. Don’t just take our word for it. We have attained third-party certifications from our partners and earned an A rating from the BBB serving homeowners across the Twin Cities.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Signature Home Services made the process of replacing my roof and siding quite easy. They managed my insurance claim, communicated with me very well and completed the work timely and very professionally. The Lakeville inspector commented specifically on the quality of the siding job. No mess no fuss.

Haven’t had work done but all of my experiences with each and every worker has been very inviting, kind, professional, greeted me with a firm handshake, and does a great job of communicating with people. I trust these people and recommend others to lean towards signature home services if you need work done!
