Meet the Team

Meet the team that makes Signature Home Services the best exterior contractor in the Twin Cities, and surrounding areas. We know it might be hard to trust a company to work on your home without knowing the team that pulls it all off. That’s why we would like for you to meet the team. These are the members of our team that make everything work.

Shane Paulson is the founder and owner of Signature Home Services. He was raised in Egan where he graduated high school. He has since moved to Rosemount where he has been a resident for over 20 years. He likes to give back to the community and regularly sponsors boy/girl scouts, school sports teams, and other after-school activities.

Jesse Martin is our sales manager. He oversees our sales team and makes sure they are giving our customers the best experience possible. Jesse is originally from Alaska, but also grew up in Portland during his childhood. He moved to the Twin Cities where he fell in love and decided to settle in.

Trey Spille is the assistant marketer for Signature Home Services. He handles our social media pages, outreach programs, website updates, and much more. Trey was born and raised in Mississippi. After graduating college Trey decided to move to Minneapolis for better opportunities. He enjoys watching Minnesota United and the Timberwolves.
